So, a few words about being a Definitive Reflections client...

From the first contact I was very aware of the personalised service. I have special dietary requirements in that I prefer to be gluten free and I avoid several other foods including onions and vinegar.

My objective was simple. I was going on holiday and wanted to loose the winter weight and fast track to the bikini bod in time for departure. I also wanted to learn how to eat "in the zone" and thought seeing the right kind of meals would be the quickest way the learn. I had 10 days and the results were dramatic. What's more, as I lost the inches, far from being tired and weak, my energy increased day by day. By the time I set off for Puerto Benus, I looked and felt my best.

And I loved the fact that for 10 days I didn't think about food, shop for food or cook food, I just heated and ate the delicious meals and snacks conveniently waiting at my door every morning. When I found the first day difficult due to my insatiable sweet tooth, I called Nayan and delicious Zone bars were delivered to me the next day, inclusive in the original price. From then on, whenever I felt like a bit of sugar (which was at least every day!) a few bites of a bar totally satisfied my cravings.

Overall I found the regime extremely easy to stick to and I was impressed that every time I called Nayan with a general question about the diet (or for more bars!), he always answered his phone, whatever time I called.

Anyway, the regime has set me up for the summer months and if I regain the inches through the winter (who doesn't?) I'll be looking to DR to kick start me again next spring.
