Getting started is very simple; you can do so in either of the following ways.

Step 1 - Simply choose your selected menu package. If you have special dietary needs opt for our special needs package, where you will have the opportunity to meet with our consultant nutrionist. Please note that ALL orders must be placed 72 hrs prior to delivery start date.

Step 2 - Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Step 3 - Complete the marked fields on the Client Profile including your activity level.

Step 4 - Submit the Client Profile and you will be contacted by one of Client Services in order to arrange collection of your key if applicable.
